A BIT
About the Pig
Jodypig, is the pseudonym of the living man, Jason Everett-Brown. Born on the landmass called England in 1970. Uneducated in a state system with little to no qualifications, only the desire to be creative. Dispatched from the first system of indoctrination, he undertook an apprenticeship in Graphic Design, a once revered vocation where artistic and technical skills formed provoking advertising and identities on the table-top, armed only with a vision, a scalpel and cow-gum.

Graphic Designer
1986 - 2013
From traditional Paste-Up artist to desktop application designer working in many agencies and in-house design teams. Specialising in Corporate Identity, Advertising, Marketing, Web Design and SEO and Interactive Game Applications.
Although I still dabble in design, helping people launch their ventures, my full vocation reached the end of its journey as Creative Design and Marketing Manager for Thomson Reuters.
Illustrator
Happily gifted with a natural ability to draw but brainwashed at a young age that you can't earn a living by being 'Arty Farty', was pushed into Graphic Design by Careers Officers who knew, not what to do with creative types. With time to reflect during the late 90's Thatcher recession, I returned to education and developed my love of drawing undertaking a Bachelor of Arts in Illustration at the Exeter University of Art & Design and Nominated as 1 of 16 new artists featured at The Conningsby Gallery in London.

Tattoo Designer
In 2013 after too much stress and a warning from a caring doctor, who warned me that the life I was living, working with the madness of the corporate world, was sucking the life out of me and that if I did not change it would Kill me. At that moment I realized what I always wanted to do - Earn a living by being 'Arty Farty'
I never looked back and created a life that resonates with my soul. Anything is possible when you are an Autodidact - Self Educated.
