Declaration of Membership & Private Contract Affidavit

This declaration serves as the lawful entry into the Jodypigs Private Members Association (hereinafter "the PMA"), an unincorporated Tattoo Art Collective formed under the jurisdiction of Natural Law, the Law of the Creator, Equity, and Private Contract. This is a solemn, private agreement between living men and women, bound in conscience, and recorded for the sacred record of the PMA.

1. Declaration of Identity

I, a living man/woman of sound mind and free will, do hereby declare:

• I am not a corporate entity, legal fiction, or agent of any state.

• I enter into this Association as a private man/woman, in honor and in peace.

• I do so voluntarily, knowingly, and without coercion of any kind.

• I am 18 years or over.

2. Jurisdictional Affirmation

I recognize and affirm that:

• The PMA exists solely under Natural and Universal Law.

• It is not subject to statute, corporate regulation, or government agency oversight.

• All internal matters are governed by the PMA Charter, Tribunal, and Laws.

I agree to honor the Charter & Constitutional By-laws of the Jodypigs PMA.

3. Agreement to Terms of Membership

By this private contract, I:

• Accept full responsibility for my conduct within the PMA.

• Agree to honor and uphold the rules, laws, and sacred customs of the PMA.

• Agree to resolve any conflict or grievance internally via the PMA’s appointed committee.

I waive the use of public courts, agencies, or authorities regarding PMA activities.

4. Covenant of Silence and Sacred Trust

I acknowledge that all PMA meetings, records, teachings, and member interactions are:

• Private, confidential, and sacred.

• Not to be disclosed to any third party or agency.

• Bound under the eternal law of conscience and spiritual trust.

I accept this Covenant of Silence for the duration of my membership and beyond.

5. Voluntary Entry and Membership

I understand that:

• My entry into the PMA is voluntary and private.

• I may terminate my membership at anytime.

• Any breach of honor, aggression, or breach of silence may result in termination by internal committee process.

6. Affirmation and Binding Autograph

Without prejudice. All rights reserved. I affirm the above in honor and good faith.

By my living hand and will, in sacred covenant, filed and recorded within the record of Jodypigs Private Members Association and not to be sold or disclosed to any 3rd party.
